Coverage
We ship to all provinces across Indonesia. Our logistics partner is J&T Express, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery to your doorstep.
Shipping Timeline
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may require an additional 1-2 days.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Rp 20.000 flat rate across Indonesia
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders above Rp 2.000.000
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the J&T Express website or app.
Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to maintain integrity during transit. Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with appropriate insulation when required.
Returns & Refunds
Return Conditions
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product must be unopened and in original sealed packaging
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must not have been stored improperly
How to Request a Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or otherwise used cannot be returned due to safety and quality control requirements.
