3. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes. We currently accept payment via bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BRI) and Xendit payment gateway (QRIS, e-wallet, virtual account). Orders will be processed upon confirmation of payment receipt.

Sigma Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear fraudulent, orders that violate these terms, or orders where payment cannot be verified.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all locations within Indonesia via J&T Express. Standard shipping costs Rp 20.000 per order. Orders exceeding Rp 2.000.000 qualify for free shipping. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days from the date of shipment, though delivery times may vary based on location and carrier conditions.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Sigma Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for unopened products in their original sealed packaging, requested within 7 days of delivery. Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or otherwise used cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
